"My journey took an unexpected turn when I entered Fashion Design School. While I excelled in fashion illustrations and understanding fashion principles, I stumbled in sewing. I needed more than my community course to become a skilled sewer. I found myself ruining more clothes than I could create, and my instructors were understandably shaking in their boots whenever I approached a new outfit. 🤣."
Hi, artist, Have you ever had a turning point in your life where your failure became a Win? I had one major one and here is my story. My big sis's fashion magazines ignited my passion for fashion design in my early years as I filled my journals with sketches of the latest trends. Moving to England only fueled this passion, as high fashion was ever-present. As a young adolescent, I constantly sketched in my sketchbook, each page a testament to my love for clothes and trends.

My galleries are filled with countless memories, and not just the red dots on my original artwork make the experience worthwhile. What truly stands out are the unique and genuinely heartwarming connections I've formed with my clients.
Hello, It’s been a while since I introduced myself to my fellow artists. My name is Ting; I’ve been an artist and gallerist for 24 years. Before Covid and the pandemic, I operated my award-winning galleries in British Columbia, Canada. I enjoyed having my gallery tremendously because having a live audience consistently is a pleasure. I also got to greet and chat with my clients personally. One of the most rewarding aspects of my work was witnessing my audience engage with my art and connect with me. My art, which often tells stories of love, dreams, and aspirations, bridges my inner core. Through these stories, I've forged deep connections with my audience. |
